Wow was created to address three major gaps that exist in the enterprise media processing world.

• A vast majority of new technologies and advancements, especially in ML/AI, are not known to many businesses.
• Businesses often tend to have limited use of a wide variety of technologies and it does not make financial sense to individually subscribe to each solution.
• Many businesses do not have engineering teams to work with APIs and would prefer using a simple UI in case of one-offs or a configurable workflow to automate their media processing.
